रवा लाडू हे रवा आणि साखर मिसळून बनवलेले मिष्टान्न आहे . दिवाळीच्या उत्सवात हे लाडू खास बनवले जातात. चहाच्या वेळी, सण - समारंभात, मंदिरात प्रसाद म्हणून हे लाडू देऊ शकता.
सप्रे येथे आपण रवा आणि मैदा सुगंधित होईपर्यंत हायड्रोजनेटेड वनस्पती तेलात भाजतो. नंतर त्यात पिठी साखर आणि वेलची पूड घालून या मिश्रणाचे लहान आकाराचे लाडू बनवले जातात.
Rava Laddus are made up of rava/ suji / semolina and sugar.
These laddus are specially made during Diwali festival. Good snack for sweet lovers, served as dessert, tea time partner and can be offered as prashad in temples and gifted during ceremonies.
At Sapre`s we use best quality rava (semolina), Maida and roast it in Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil till it turns aromatic. Then powdered sugar and cardamom powder is added to it and laddus are made.
