At Sapre`s we use authentic ginger and avoid using extract / flavours. After cleaning ginger, we make a fine paste from it and add it to sugar caramel and keep stirring on low flame till the liquid tends to solidify. Then the thick semi solid batter is poured in to the plates to cool down and then we make ale vadis in desired shapes.

Shelf life of Ale Pak / Ale Vadi is 10 days, refrigerate it to extend.
