सप्रे येथे आम्ही संपूर्ण गव्हाचे पीठ शुद्ध तूपात खमंग भाजून घेतो. खारीक पावडर, खसखस आणि सुक खोबर भाजून पीठात घालतो. वितळलेला गूळ मिश्रणात घालून चांगले मिसळल्यानंतर ताटात थापून त्याच्या वाड्या पडल्या जातात.

At Sapre`s we roast whole wheat flour in pure ghee till it becomes aromatic. Dry dates powder (Kharik) , Poppy Seeds (Khaskhas) and dry coconut are added to the flour after roasting. Melted jaggery is then added to the mixture and set in plate after mixing well.
